• Business Development Representatives – Hiring for 3 individuals to focus on the San Francisco Ba Area (CA), Monterey (CA), and Phoenix (AZ). 
  • Full-Time, Field-Based, Exempt Employee

  • This is a high-impact, field-based sales role focused on new customer acquisition and territory growth targeting restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers. 

  • What You’ll Do:

    • Identify, research, and cold-contact new business prospects in our region. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools
    • Develop and execute territory growth strategies in coordination with sales leadership
    • Conduct in-person visits to pitch products, close deals, and onboard new clients
    • Meet or exceed key sales KPIs, including weekly outreach, pipeline volume, and revenue targets
    • Report regularly on territory activity, wins, and performance metrics
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts

    Who You Are:

    • A hunter-style sales professional with a passion for closing new business
    • A self-starter who thrives on autonomy, fieldwork, and beating goals
    • 2–5 years of sales or business development experience preferred (food/seafood industry a plus, not required)
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Organized and metrics-driven, with experience managing a sales funnel
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and reporting tools
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

  • This is a performance-oriented role with uncapped commission potential and strong growth opportunities for driven professionals.

  • Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 Depending on Experience + Commission 

• Loss Prevention Trainee in Morgan Hill, California ($18/hour)
