Atlantic Salmon with Garlic-Herb Butter and Asparagus

Oven: Remove from package and place all ingredients on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Pan-Sear: Oil pan and heat until sizzling hot. Add fish plus salt/pepper to taste, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip fish fillets, add veggies, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Oven: Rmove film and place stuffed salmon portions on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!

Seafood Starter Kit with Clams: Cioppino

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Seafood Starter Kit: Shrimp (4oz), scallops (4oz), rockfish (4oz), and clams (4oz)
  • 1/2 qt of Cioppino sauce
  • 1 tbsp of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 tsp of parsley
  • 2 tsp of oregano

1. Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in a pot on medium-heat.

2. Once sizzling, add 1/2 a quart of Cioppino sauce and oregano.

3. Once bubbling, cover, and let simmer for eight minutes.

4. Add all of your seafood and cover for six minutes stirring occasionally.

5. Serve and garnish with parsley. Cioppino is best enjoyed with toasted garlic bread using sourdough.

Seafood Starter Kit with Clams: Paella

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Seafood Starter Kit: Shrimp (4oz), scallops (4oz), rockfish (4oz), and clams (4oz)
  • 4 cups of chicken broth (unsalted)
  • 1 cup of white rice
  • 1/3 cup of parsley
  • 2 tbsp of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

1. Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic in a deep pan on medium-heat.

2. Once sizzling, add 2 tbsps of Saffron, 1 cup of uncooked white rice, and 2 cups of chicken broth. Stir, cover, and cook for 12 minutes.

3. Turn up the heat and add all of your seafood. Stir to mix, cover, and cook on high for 4 minutes.

4. Serve and garnish with parsley.

Seafood Starter Kit with Mussels: Fajitas

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Seafood Starter Kit: Shrimp (4oz), scallops (4oz), rockfish (4oz), and mussels (4oz)
  • 3 large tortillas
  • 1 cup of cilantro
  • 1/3 cup of onion
  • 1/3 cup of each type of bell pepper (red, yellow, and green)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of pepper

1. Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium-high heat. Once hot, add your veggies (bell pepper and onion). Add a pinch of salt, pepper and oregano. Sauté for two minutes.

2. Add your rockfish and shrimp first. Cover and cook for three minutes stirring occasionally.

3. Add scallops and mussels. Cook for another 90 seconds stirring frequently.

4. Serve on hot tortillas or rice and garnish with cilantro.

Seafood Starter Kit with Mussels: Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Seafood Starter Kit
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of white rice (long grain, cooked)
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup of red, yellow, and green bell peppers (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup of snow peas
  • 1/4 cup of carrots
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Serrano chili pepper (thin slices)
  • 2 tbsp of garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of curry powder

1. Start with 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pot on medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic, veggies, serrano pepper, and curry powder. Toss.

3. After a minute, add chicken broth. Let simmer for 3 minutes.

4. Add rockfish and shrimp first. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.

5. Add scallops, mussels, cumin, and coconut milk. Stir.

6. After three minutes, it’s done! Serve on rice and garnish with cilantro.
