Atlantic Salmon with Garlic-Herb Butter and Asparagus

Oven: Remove from package and place all ingredients on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.

Pan-Sear: Oil pan and heat until sizzling hot. Add fish plus salt/pepper to taste, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip fish fillets, add veggies, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Petrale Sole with Lemon-Herb Butter, Asparagus, and Tomatoes

Oven: Remove from package and place all ingredients on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 minutes.

Pan-Sear: Oil and heat pan until sizzling hot. Add fish, plus salt/pepper to taste, and cook for three minutes. Flip fish fillets and cook for three more minutes. Remove fillets and then cook your veggies in the same pan with salt and pepper.

Atlantic Salmon with Crab and Lobster Stuffing

Oven: Rmove film and place stuffed salmon portions on an oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute. Enjoy!
