All the seafood in your Seafood Medley pack is raw except for the mussels. Add the mussels last to any recipe. 

Seafood Pasta with Garlic Herb Butter
Prepare 2lbs of linguine pasta as directed on the box. In a separate pan, add 3 tbsps of olive oil. Once the pan is hot, add chopped garlic, salmon, and rockfish. Cook for 4 mins tossing occasionally to cook all sides. Then add calamari, butter, lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper. After 2 mins, add mussels and stir. Last, mix everything together with the pasta.

Seafood Fajitas
Heat a pan with 3 tbsps of olive oil and then add bell peppers and onion. Sauté for 2 mins with salt, pepper, and oregano. Next, add your rockfish and salmon. Cover and cook for 4 mins tossing occasionally. Then add your calamari and cook for 2 more mins. Add your mussels last, mix, and serve with hot tortillas.

Seafood Curry
In a pan, sauté garlic and veggies with 3 tbsps of olive oil and a dash of curry powder. Add 2 cups of chicken broth, 2 tbsps of turmeric, and let simmer for 3 mins. Add rockfish and salmon, and cook for 4 mins. Add calamari, a dash of coconut milk, and cook for 2 mins. Add mussels last. Serve with rice and garnish with cilantro.

San Francisco Style Cioppino
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil and 1 tbsp of chopped garlic to a pot. Once sizzling, add Tasty Catch Cioppino sauce and a pinch of oregano. Cover and cook for 8 mins. Add your salmon and rockfish to the boil. After 4 mins add your calamari. 2 mins later, finish with mussels. Stir and serve with garlic bread.

Spanish Paella
Sautee chopped garlic in a skillet with 3 tbsps of olive oil. Once sizzling, add 1/4 cup of uncooked long-grain white rice and 4 cups of chicken broth. Stir, cover, and cook for 15 mins on a low simmer. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, chopped garlic, 1/4 teaspoon of Saffron, and chorizo (optional). Stir, and add your fish. Cook for 4 mins, add calamari, cook for 2 more mins, and finish with mussels.
